The Immeasurable LLC is a digital advertising agency based in Wyoming, USA. We manage performance-based advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, and other legitimate advertising networks.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
We run advertising campaigns on your behalf using official advertising platforms. This may include YouTube TrueView ads, Instagram/Facebook ads, Telegram sponsored posts, and similar services. Results are delivered through real paid traffic from these platforms.
Digital advertising results vary based on content quality, audience interest, platform algorithms, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, engagement rates, or sustained metrics after delivery. Platform algorithm updates or policy changes may affect results, and we're not liable for these external factors.
You must provide accurate information, including valid links, account details, and campaign objectives. You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform policies and doesn't violate copyright, trademark, or other legal rights. You cannot use our services to promote illegal content, adult material, hate speech, or anything that violates platform terms of service.
Payment is required upfront before campaign launch. Once payment is received and your campaign begins, all fees become non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change, but you'll always see the current price before ordering.
Delivery timelines vary by service and campaign size. Typical campaigns complete within 3-14 days, but some may take longer depending on platform pacing and budget. We'll keep you updated on progress.
We provide support for campaign-related issues during the delivery period and for 7 days after completion. After this window, we cannot guarantee resolution of metric drops, account issues, or other post-campaign concerns, as these are often outside our control.
If your account gets restricted, banned, or penalized by a platform for violations (whether before, during, or after our campaign), we're not responsible. This includes situations where you've used prohibited services from other providers, violated platform policies, or had previous violations. No refunds are issued in these cases.
YouTube, Meta, Telegram, and other platforms regularly update their algorithms and policies. We're not liable if platform changes affect your results or if a platform discontinues a feature we previously used.
You may not use our services for fraudulent purposes, with stolen accounts or payment methods, or to manipulate metrics through deceptive means. We reserve the right to refuse service and report fraudulent activity.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action. If you have a legitimate concern, contact our support team first. We take chargeback fraud seriously and will pursue all available remedies, including fees for our time and legal costs.
You retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us permission to run advertising campaigns featuring your content on the platforms you've requested. We retain ownership of our campaign strategies, techniques, and business methods.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes. We'll note the last update date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts.
Results from advertising campaigns vary based on multiple factors including budget, content quality, audience targeting, platform algorithms, and market conditions. While we use proven advertising strategies and official platforms, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, engagement rates, or sustained metrics. Past campaign performance does not guarantee future results. Digital advertising is influenced by factors outside our control including platform policy changes, algorithm updates, competitor activity, and audience behavior. We commit to running professional, compliant campaigns but cannot be held responsible for results that are affected by these external variables. All campaigns are conducted in compliance with the respective advertising platform's policies and guidelines. Campaign performance will be reported transparently, and we will work to optimize results within the constraints of each platform.
