These terms cover your use of theimmeasurable.co and anything you buy from us. Placing an order or using the site means you agree to them — please read them first.

Who we are & what we do

The Immeasurable LLC is a video promotion company registered in Wyoming, USA. We run paid ad campaigns that promote your videos and channel, two ways:

  • YouTube— Google Ads video campaigns on YouTube and Google’s video partners.
  • Multi-platform— banner ads, native ads, and more across third-party ad networks, websites, and apps. These use your video’s title and thumbnail to promote it.

We run every campaign from our own ad accounts and pay the ad spend ourselves — we are the advertiser of record, and we never touch an ad account that belongs to you. You’re paying for an Immeasurable promotion campaign, not for ad space or an ad-network subscription. Your payment doesn’t go to the ad networks directly — we use them to run your campaign and cover the ad costs ourselves.

We handle setup, targeting, delivery, and platform-policy compliance. You’re responsible for the video you give us: that you own it or may advertise it, and that it follows YouTube’s Community Guidelines and the law. We run campaigns in line with Google Ads policies and YouTube’s rules; if a platform disapproves an ad or asks us to adjust, we comply.

Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account, using the site, or buying a service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy— together, the whole agreement between us. If you don’t agree, don’t use our services.

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for your login and everything done under your account. Keep your details accurate, and email [email protected] if you spot unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that are fraudulent, false, or in breach of these Terms.

Account balance & payments

Our services run on a prepaid balance. You add funds, then campaign costs come out of your balance as campaigns run.

  • Minimum deposit: $10
  • Currency: US Dollars. Pay in another currency and your provider sets the rate.
  • Payment methods: card (Stripe) and crypto (Heleket).

Your balance is money prepaid for advertising — not a deposit, stored value, or financial product. It earns no interest and can’t be transferred. You can ask us to return unspent funds to the original payment method you used; a provider fee may apply. Once a campaign is live and ad spend has started, that part isn’t refundable except as our Refund Policy allows.

Delivery, support & results

After you order, your campaign goes through platform review — usually 24–48 hours — then delivery begins. Completion time depends on your budget and size. Timelines are estimates; delays from platform review or events outside our control aren’t a breach, and we’ll keep you posted on anything major.

We provide campaign support for 7 days after delivery completes — delivery disputes, metrics, and related issues. Account and billing questions are always answered, by email at [email protected] or Telegram at t.me/the_immeasurable.

Results depend on your content, audience, targeting, platform algorithms, and budget. We don’t guarantee views, subscribers, engagement, or revenue, and past results don’t predict future ones. Platforms control their own algorithms and policies; changes they make can affect a campaign, and we’re not liable for things outside our control.

Your responsibilities

When you use our services, you agree to:

  • Give accurate account info, valid links, and correct campaign details.
  • Confirm you own the channel and video you submit, or have written permission to promote it.
  • Keep the video within YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Google Ads policies throughout the campaign, and tell us quickly about any strike or takedown.
  • Not pair our services with anything that artificially inflates metrics — it can hurt delivery and void refunds.
  • Not misrepresent your identity, ownership, or goals, and not interfere with our systems or other users.

You may not promote content that breaks the policies of any platform your campaign runs on. We can decline or cancel a campaign that, in our judgment, doesn’t meet those standards; refunds then follow our Refund Policy.

Authorization to promote your video

You keep full ownership of your channel, video, and content — nothing here transfers it to us.

By submitting your video and buying a package, you let The Immeasurable LLC run paid ads that promote it — YouTube in-stream, in-feed, and Shorts ads, and banner and native ads on third-party networks. That permission covers:

  • Using your video as the ad, and its title, thumbnail, channel name, and logo as supporting assets.
  • Trimming or reformatting it to meet ad specs (for example, a 6-second cut or a vertical crop) without changing its substance.
  • Running, pausing, resuming, or adjusting the campaign to deliver the package and meet platform rules.

This permission is non-exclusive and ends with your campaign. To withdraw it mid-campaign, email [email protected] from your account address; we stop new ad serving once the platform processes it (usually within 24 hours), and ads already delivered aren’t refundable. We keep all rights in the systems and methods we use to deliver our services.

Agencies & resellers

This applies if you order for someone else — an agency, freelancer, or reseller placing a campaign for an end-client’s channel. We call you the “Agency Customer” and the channel owner the “End-Client.”

You confirm you have written permission from the End-Client to run the promotion, that you can bind them to these Terms, and that every promise here — ownership, authority, policy compliance — is true for them. Give us a copy of that permission within five business days if we ask. You and the End-Client are jointly responsible for payment, compliance, conduct, and indemnity, and we can pursue either of you; if the End-Client breaches these Terms, so do you.

Indemnification

You’ll cover The Immeasurable LLC and its people against any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your content, accounts, or materials, or your breach of these Terms, the law, or someone’s rights.
  • Any claim that your content infringes another’s rights, or that you promoted a video without the owner’s permission.
  • Any platform action against our ad accounts caused by your video, channel, or conduct.
  • For Agency Customers, any of the above caused by your End-Client.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the campaign or service it relates to. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, revenue, data, or business — even if warned they were possible.

Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law (fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence) or removes a consumer right you can’t waive where you live. Where local law disallows a limit above, our liability is limited as far as that law allows.

Disputes & chargebacks

Got a problem with a payment or campaign? Email [email protected] first — we reply within 24 hours on business days and resolve most issues directly. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms; we may then suspend your account and charge a reasonable fee for our time. Nothing here limits your right under the law to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.

For any dispute we can’t settle informally within 30 days: these Terms are governed by Wyoming law, and disputes go to the state and federal courts in Wyoming. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t remove the mandatory protections of your home state or country.

General

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email you; using our services afterward means you accept the update. If any part is found unenforceable, it’s narrowed just enough to be valid and the rest stays in force.
