Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services, but advertising campaigns involve real ad spend and work. Here's how refunds work:
Before Campaign Starts
If we haven't launched your campaign yet, you can request a full refund minus payment processing fees (typically 3-5%). Email us at support@theimmeasurable.co or use our contact page and we'll process it within 12-72 hours to your original payment method.
After Campaign Launches
Once your campaign goes live and ad spend begins, refunds work differently. We've already invested your budget into advertising platforms and allocated resources to your campaign. At this point, we can only refund the unspent portion of your budget, minus:
- Actual ad spend already used
- Our service/management fee (typically 20-30% of total cost)
- Payment processing fees
Example Scenario
If you paid $500 and we've spent $200 on ads with a $100 service fee, you'd receive approximately $180-$190 back (after processing fees).
After Campaign Completes
Once we've delivered your campaign, all payments are final. No refunds are issued after service delivery is complete.
Metric Drops After Delivery
YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms may remove some engagement over time due to algorithm updates, policy changes, or user behavior. This is normal and outside our control. We cannot refund or replace metrics that drop after our guaranteed support period ends (7 days post-delivery).
Account Bans or Restrictions
If your account gets banned, restricted, or penalized for violating platform policies—whether it's from our campaign or previous violations—no refund is available. You're responsible for ensuring your account and content comply with platform rules before ordering.
Prohibited Refund Scenarios
We do not issue refunds if:
- You used bots or fake engagement services before our campaign
- Your content violates platform policies
- You provided incorrect account information or links
- You changed your content/links after campaign started
- Platform algorithm changes affect your results
- You're unhappy with organic performance after delivery
- You initiate a chargeback without contacting us first
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks without attempting to resolve the issue through our support team are considered fraud. If you file a fraudulent chargeback, we will:
- Immediately suspend your account
- Charge additional fees for our time and resources
- Pursue legal remedies where applicable
- Report the incident to fraud prevention databases

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 12-72 hours to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, so it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

- Reason for refund request
- Original payment method details
We'll review and respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
