Overview
The Immeasurable LLC offers promotional credit (sometimes shown as a “Welcome offer” or “Spend $X, get $Y”) to help new customers try our YouTube advertising service. These terms explain who qualifies, how the credit is earned, and how it can be used.
By signing up, adding funds, and claiming promotional credit, you agree to these terms in addition to our main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Who can claim
This offer is for new customers of The Immeasurable LLC. To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You have created your account directly on theimmeasurable.co.
- You have not previously claimed a promotional credit reward from us.
- You are advertising your own content or your own business.
- You have not been suspended from our service in the past.
Each person, each business, and each device is eligible to claim this offer once. We use device-level signals to make sure the same customer cannot claim multiple times.
How to qualify
The amount of promotional credit you can earn is shown on the home page banner and in your dashboard (for example, “Spend $50, get $50”). To qualify, you must:
- Add real funds to your wallet using a card, bank, or accepted cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit is $10.
- Spend the qualifying amount on real campaigns running through our platform. Only spend from your own wallet balance counts. Taxes and fees are not included.
Promotional credit you may already hold does not count toward qualifying for a new reward — only the cash you have added yourself counts.
Spend window
Each offer has a qualifying period. If you do not reach the spend threshold before the qualifying period ends, the offer expires for your account and the credit is not awarded.
Credit window — 30 days to use
Once you qualify, the promotional credit is added to your promotional balance immediately. You then have 30 days from the day it is awarded to spend it on new campaigns. Any unused credit expires at the end of those 30 days and cannot be recovered.
When you create a new campaign, your promotional balance is used first; your cash wallet only covers the difference if the campaign budget is larger than your promotional balance.
What the credit can be used for
- Advertising spend only. Promotional credit can be used to pay for the campaigns we run on your behalf.
- Not withdrawable. Promotional credit cannot be transferred to your card, bank, or cryptocurrency wallet.
- Not transferable. Credit is tied to your account and cannot be moved to another account.
- No cash value. Promotional credit has no value outside our service.
One claim per customer, per device
This offer is intended for one claim per real customer. The following are not allowed:
- Creating more than one account to claim the offer multiple times.
- Using the same device or the same payment method across multiple accounts to claim the offer more than once.
- Sharing accounts to bypass these limits.
We use device-level signals (browser and device details that every website can read) to recognise when the same customer tries to claim more than once. Accounts found to be in violation may be:
- Refused the promotional credit.
- Have any unspent credit revoked.
- Have related campaigns paused or cancelled.
- Be suspended or permanently banned from our service.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a campaign paid partly or fully with promotional credit is later refunded, the promotional portion returns to your promotional balance, not to your cash wallet. Promotional credit is never refundable to a card, bank, or cryptocurrency.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute on a deposit you used to qualify for promotional credit, the credit may be revoked and your account may be reviewed.
Changes to the offer
The Immeasurable LLC may change the offer amount, qualifying rules, or end this promotion at any time. Changes apply to new claims only — promotional credit you have already earned remains valid through its original 30-day expiry.
We may also change these terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
