This policy explains what personal information The Immeasurable LLC collects, why, and what we do with it when you use theimmeasurable.co or our advertising services.

Who we are

The Immeasurable LLC is a video promotion company registered in Wyoming, USA. We promote your videos and channel through paid campaigns on YouTube (via Google Ads) and on third-party ad networks, running every campaign from our own ad accounts as the advertiser of record. This policy covers how we handle your personal information.

Registered address: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

Information we collect

Account & contact

Your name and email when you sign up or contact us; an optional phone number on the contact form.

Campaign details

What you give us to run a campaign: video links, targeting, budget, and ad-format choices. Only what we need.

Payments

Handled by Stripe and Heleket. We never see or store your card, bank, or crypto details — only a payment confirmation (amount, currency, date, reference).

Usage data

With your consent, analytics tools record your IP, browser and device type, and the pages you view.

Sign-in

A secure session keeps you logged in until you log out or after 30 days of inactivity.

Messages

The emails and support messages you send us, so we can reply and keep records.

Fraud prevention

We create an anonymous identifier in your browser on your first visit and note basic device details when you sign in, to stop the same person claiming a welcome offer on multiple accounts. These hold no personal information, are never sold, and you can clear the browser identifier any time by clearing your site data.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Create and run your account.
  • Deliver the campaigns you buy and keep you updated.
  • Send transactional emails — receipts, campaign updates, support replies.
  • Send marketing emails (unsubscribe any time; EU/EEA only with consent).
  • Detect and prevent fraud.
  • Keep financial records and meet legal obligations.
  • Understand anonymized, aggregated usage to improve our service.

Our legal grounds (EU & UK)

If you’re in the EU, EEA, or UK, here’s the legal ground we rely on for each use of your data:

DataLegal ground
Account and contact informationContract — needed to provide the service
Campaign content and targetingContract — needed to deliver your campaign
Payment confirmation dataContract and legal obligation
Sign-in and security dataContract — needed for secure account access
Analytics and usage dataConsent — only after you accept in the banner
Marketing emailsConsent (EU/EEA); legitimate interest for existing clients elsewhere
Fraud prevention and securityLegitimate interest — protecting users and the platform
Financial and tax recordsLegal obligation

How we share your information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as below.

Advertising platforms

To run a campaign, we send your video link, ad text, targeting, and budget to the platforms that deliver it: Google Ads for YouTube, and third-party advertising networks for banner, native, and other ads.

Advertising measurement

When you arrive from one of our ads, Google’s advertising tools may use cookie data to measure conversions and show relevant ads. Some US state laws call this “sharing” for cross-context advertising, even though no money changes hands. You can opt out any time — see Your rights.

Service providers

Each gets only the data it needs:

Legal disclosure

We may share information where the law requires it, such as a court order or valid legal process. Where we’re allowed to, we’ll tell you first.

Cookies

We use cookies and ask consent before non-essential ones (accept or decline in the banner).

  • Essential — keep you logged in and secure; always on.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Ahrefs) — only with your consent.
  • Advertising — Google Ads may set these to measure conversions when you arrive from a campaign. With Google Consent Mode, if you decline, no advertising cookies are stored and only anonymous signals are sent; if you accept, a securely hashed version of your email or phone may match conversions — the raw values never leave your browser.

You can withdraw consent any time in the banner or your browser settings; it applies going forward.

International data transfers

The Immeasurable LLC is based in the US, where your data is processed; some providers may store it on cloud infrastructure elsewhere. When we transfer the personal data of EU, EEA, or UK users internationally, we rely on recognized safeguards — the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum for UK users). Ask us for a copy any time.

Data retention

Data typeRetention period
Account and campaign data3 years after your last service
Payment and financial records7 years (tax and accounting)
Website analytics data26 months
Sign-in and security dataExpires on logout or after 30 days of inactivity

When we no longer need data, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

European Union, EEA, and UK

You can: access a copy of your data; correct it; delete data we have no legal reason to keep; receive it in a portable format; restrict or object to certain uses; and withdraw consent any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to your country’s data-protection authority.

California and other US states

You can know, delete, and correct your personal information, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive information, and not be treated differently for exercising these rights. We don’t sell your information, but we do share some data with Google’s advertising tools for cross-context advertising (see How we share). Opt out by turning on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser — which we honor automatically — or by emailing [email protected]. Residents of other US states with privacy laws have similar rights and can contact us the same way.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted HTTPS, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors (we never handle card data), and access limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident is likely to affect your rights, we’ll notify you and any relevant authority within the timeframes the law requires.

Children’s privacy

Our services are for users 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor gave us data, email [email protected] and we’ll delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, email you. Using our services after an update means you accept it.
